Our server has a very powerful antispam, however, undesired emails may escape the filters and they become the so called spam. This spam is either coming from a particular email address or from multiple addresses of a particular hostname.
Besides, you could have subscribed to a website, newsletters account, etc. and now you want to stop receiving emails from them.
The following images will guide you to block undesired email addresses and hostnames.
Access to the panel and insert your domain and the password we sent to you. If you forgot this password please contact us.
Click the Sender Blacklist icon.
Click Add sender

Unblock and let emails pass the filters again
And the following will show you how easy is to change your password.
First go the front panel and click the User's Profile icon.
And write twice your new password.
